Right now every reading opens free as a founding reader gift, so there's nothing to refund.
Once paid readings start: if a reading doesn't open, opens with the wrong birthday, or you were charged twice, email yeon@bomandyeon.com within 14 days with your receipt and we'll fix it or refund you in full. If you simply didn't enjoy it, write to us anyway within 14 days. We would rather refund you than keep money from someone who's unhappy.
Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe and usually arrive in 5 to 10 business days.
